Staging one of the biggest events to come to Ruthin for a very long
time is no easy task! Help is therefore required in many sectors of
the show:
June 23rd & 24th: Site preparation:
Can you help in laying out the site ready for construction? We need
Electricians, Joiners, Labourers, Fork Lift Truck Drivers.
June 24th: Marquees and stalls:
Help in erecting tables and setting up marquees.
June 25th: Marshalling:
Helping ensure all the Traders, Re-enactors and Show Jumpers are in
the right place and have all the facilities they need.
June 26th & 27th: Show Days:
We need a lot of people!

6 Programme Selling
10 Stewards
10 Litter Picking
12 Volunteer Helpers
6 Admin Helpers

What's in it for me?
Good question! Obviously we don�t expect all volunteers to be out of
pocket, so we have a range of incentives depending on the tasks you
are undertaking.
NB Certain tasks involve working with children, and therefore for those
particular jobs we can only recruit volunteers who are CRB checked.
